Medical Equipment Rental Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the rental of medical equipment by Home Medical Solutions.
Rental Eligibility:
Only individuals or entities with a valid driver's license are eligible to rent medical equipment.
Rental Process:
Customers must fill out a rental application form providing necessary information. Rental requests are subject to approval. Upon approval, a rental agreement will be provided detailing the terms, duration, and rental fees.
Rental Duration:
The rental period starts from the date of equipment pickup or delivery and ends on the agreed-upon return date.
Rental Fees:
Rental fees are calculated on a [daily/weekly/monthly] basis. Additional charges may apply for late returns.
Equipment Care:
Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented equipment. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges. Repairs due to customer negligence may result in additional charges.

Home Medical Solutions will arrange for the delivery and pickup of the equipment upon customer request. Delivery and Pickup Charges are applicable based on the distance from our location.
